Tap Cellular.

Go to Cellular Data section and enter below information

Go to LTE Setup (Optional) section and enter below information

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.

For Apple iPhone 12, when you type H2O APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case.
